I've tried to download several titles through the link protect page that leads me to Megaupload. I have a Megaupload premium acccount, but have not been able to download a thing after logging into my account (the Megaupload page that appears after the link protect page doesn't repond to my log in). Is this a problem caused by the link protect stuff? What gives. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks so much for these great Mingus recordings. I've enjoyed Mingus Ah Um for years, but somehow never got more his albums.
Pithecanthropus is one I've seen mentioned many times over the years, and it is quite nice. But I like The Clown even better. The whole album is good, but the capper is Jean Shepherd on the last track.
Shepherd's old radio broadcasts, recorded by some early adapters (available as podcasts from Mass Backwards, and from The Brass Figlagee) are still fresh sounding, with his amazing ability to improvise long stories combined with social commentary.
Also thanks for the Carlin. That was what brought me to your blog initially.
