Jazz for January

If you like Bitches Brew, or late-60s Miles in general, then I highly recommend the Donald Byrd album. I can't say that this album sounds like Bitches Brew, because it doesn't. However, for some reason, it just reminds me of Bitches Brew...can't explain it.

    Thanks for these. I have been a great fan of the Modern Jazz Quartet for years. This is my first taste of Donald Byrd. Thanks for introducing me to his great music.
